PROPOSAL & DESIGN PHASE
Upon acceptance of an initial proposal, a 50% deposit payable to Montgomery Woodwrights, Inc. (MWI) is due. At this time, MWI will commence designing the project and submit all details, drawings and 3D renderings to the client for approval to begin scheduling and construction. Any substantial changes to the project details during the proposal and design phase may require a new proposal to be submitted. Up to three revisions of the design are allowed following the initial proposal. Any further revisions may be subject to additional design time fees.
SCHEDULING & CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Upon design approval, MWI will schedule an installation date, begin procuring materials and commence construction. No changes to the project scope may be made from this point forward without incurring a new estimate, re-design fees, material charges and other costs resulting from the scope change.
In the event the client is not satisfied with any of the designs provided by MWI, a refund of the deposit may be paid to the client minus the design time incurred by MWI at a rate of $80 per hour.
Once substantially complete , the final 50% of the payment for the work is due. Any costs that were added to the project during the construction phase will be added to the final payment.
